Healthy young Thai Temple Bamboo seedlings grown from our Thyrsostachys siamensis bamboo seeds in our germination nursery. Also commonly referred to as Monastery  Bamboo, Thai Bamboo, and Siam Bamboo.  Delicately draping seedlings mature into beautiful Temple Bamboo recognized for its distinctively graceful arching culms. All seedlings have well-developed roots in a nutrient rich rooting plug. (These are not “bare root” plants.)

Protectively prepared and packaged, our seedling bamboo ships via USPS. Your seedlings safely arrive well-hydrated, healthy, and ready to plant into potting soil. Please refer to our helpful guide, Caring for Bamboo Seedlings.

When your Temple Bamboo seedlings arrive, simply place them into potted soil for continued growth and development in controlled conditions. Plant outdoors when the seedlings are at least 12” tall and after all threat of frost or freeze.

Minimum 4 bamboo seedlings included per 4-pak; each individual cell holds 1 or 2 seedlings;  young Temple bamboo plants average 8-10" in height. Ships to USA only. Quantities are limited; availability varies. Images are of Thyrsostachys siamensis bamboo seedlings grown by us at various stages of development. Temple Bamboo plants are ready to ship now; however if you also order plants of other species that don't ship until April, your  entire order will ship then.
