Our curated selection of tropical bamboo seeds best suited for planting in warmer  locations. These seeds include bamboo varieties that thrive in USDA zones 9a through 13b, with the expectation of Winter temperatures typically above freezing, with only an occasional freeze/frost event when temperatures might drop below freezing for a limited time.

Please note that those living in zones 9a and above can also successfully grow most varieties of cold hardy bamboo, with consideration for sufficient watering and protection from prolonged exposure to intense mid-day sun.
